Eventamin Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to Eventamin.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, including event organizers and service/product providers (“suppliers”). Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
User: Any individual or legal entity using the Eventamin website or its services.
Customer / Event Organizer: A user who seeks to plan, organize, or manage events by requesting services or products through Eventamin.
Supplier / Provider: A user or company offering services or products to organizers via Eventamin.
Account: A personal, non-transferable user account required to access and utilize Eventamin’s services.
2. Account Registration and User Obligations
By creating an Eventamin account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information (name, address, email, phone, etc.) and keep it updated.
Accept all current and future Eventamin terms and conditions.
Maintain the security of your account and password. In case of theft or loss, notify Eventamin immediately.
Take full responsibility for all actions under your account.
Refrain from creating more than one account or transferring it to another person or entity.
3. Platform Use Rules
All users agree to the following rules:
Suppliers must not engage in harassment, illegal activity, or provide prohibited items (e.g. tobacco, drugs, weapons, alcohol).
Organizers must not request or use Eventamin services for unlawful purposes.
Requests must be accurate and timely. Changes must be communicated before the service begins. Otherwise, suppliers may cancel and seek compensation.
Suppliers must not request extra fees beyond the agreed price.
Use of Eventamin services for personal advertising, brand harm, or fraudulent purposes is prohibited.
Eventamin reserves the right to send communications via SMS or email unless the user opts out.
4. Event Booking and Coordination
All event orders must include accurate date, time, and location details.
Event projects or bookings are non-transferable between individuals.
Orders over € 20k are recommended to be covered by a separate contract between customer and supplier.
5. Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers are responsible for renewing their service plans before expiration.
Suppliers must use only authorized items and follow Eventamin’s code of conduct.
Suppliers must respect laws, including those of the Islamic Republic of Iran where applicable.
6. Eventamin’s Responsibilities
Eventamin acts as a facilitator between users; it does not sell services or products directly.
We aim to ensure high-quality service but do not guarantee availability.
Personal user data is confidential and only disclosed under legal obligation.
We investigate complaints promptly and may act to protect user interests.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must comply with Eventamin rules and national laws.
Any violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
Users are liable for any harm caused to Eventamin’s reputation or platform integrity.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Users may submit complaints in cases such as:
Inadequate service delivery or quality.
Theft or misconduct by top-rated suppliers.
Disputes unresolved after 3 days.
If needed, users may escalate unresolved issues to an official judicial expert. If the decision aligns with Eventamin’s, the cost will be borne by the complainant.
9. Technical Use and Legal Compliance
Any attempt to extract, replicate, or reverse engineer Eventamin’s source code is strictly prohibited.
Activities such as framing, mirroring, or indexing Eventamin content without authorization will result in legal action.
Data mining or scraping from Eventamin is considered a violation.
10. User-Generated Content
Suppliers may upload text, images, video, and audio content.
By submitting content, users grant Eventamin the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish that content in any format or media.
Eventamin may transfer usage rights to partner organizations.
11. Service Termination
Eventamin may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate platform rules.
Create risk or legal exposure.
Disrupt platform operations or harm other users.
12. Digital Agreements and Consent
Users agree to receive all terms, updates, and communications electronically.
Users agree to digital contracting for transactions, service terms, and dispute handling.
Users are fully responsible for activity conducted through their accounts and may not dispute communications sent from them unless clear legal evidence is provided.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran (or your primary jurisdiction of registration) and applicable international digital commerce regulations.
